Thursday night we dined at The Great Outdoors Restaurant here in High Springs. The meal started off with warm crusty bread and whipped butter.

The house salad was delivered on a cold plate with creamy ranch dressing, blue cheese and glazed nuts.

The blue plate special for the evening was blackened chicken served with a light Alfredo sauce with fresh sauteed tomatoes and chunks of garlic.

I noticed that we have not had any vampires around for a long time.
I was trying out my new flash and 50 mm lens.
